Agreement

By using Hanami ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, don't use the App.

Hanami is operated by Jun Yamazaki Kelly ("we," "us," "Hanami"). These Terms constitute a binding contract between you and us.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use Hanami. If you are under 18, you confirm that your parent or guardian has reviewed these Terms and agrees on your behalf.

The Service

Hanami is a daily Japanese art discovery app. We provide:

• A daily curated artwork drop
• Browsing of public domain Japanese art from partner museums
• Tools to save artworks, create collections, and follow curated journeys
• Optional audio narration
• Optional premium subscription with additional features

All artworks in Hanami are either in the public domain or licensed for our use. We attribute each artwork to its source museum (Art Institute of Chicago, Metropolitan Museum of Art, and others).
